THE SILVER BEATLEZ are committed to replicating all the intricate vocal and instrumental parts that make the Beatles music so magical. Performing an energetic three and a half hour show featuring around 45 fantastic songs interspersed with humorous banter and repartee. The show features costume changes, a large striking backdrop, and extensive lighting. Equipment and instruments include Rickenbacker, Gretsch, and Epiphone guitars, Ludwig drums, and Vox amps which all add up to an authentic experience. Formed in late 2017, the band have performed concerts, festivals, corporate functions, bars and clubs primarily in the Wellington area, and have bookings lined up well into 2020. The band features 4 singers, with each member playing their respective role of John, Paul, George, and Ringo. They particularly enjoy humorous interaction with the audience, and leaving them with a sense of wellbeing at the end of the show. The Silver Beatlez see themselves as NZ's premier Beatle’s tribute Band, and rock out fabulous renditions of all the classic Beatle favourites from the early days of - love me do, She loves you, I want to hold your hand, A hard day’s night, and Help, to the magic of Sgt Pepper, Magical mystery tour, Revolution, The Revolver, and White album, right through to Abbey Road. The original arrangements are followed and with the added advantage of modern PA equipment sound fresh and vibrant. A fantastic choice for a Corporate function, a Concert setting indoor or outdoor, A bar or club, or as a brilliant dance / party band for your private party or function. Audiences and guests will “Twist and Shout”, and rock their way through a night of nostalgia and remembrance of those heady days of the sixties when music was constantly changing and reinventing itself.
